The Leasing Assistant supports all the activities of the Leasing Operations Department to maximize tenant occupancy of the mall and actualize target rental income.

Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that has been established.


Educational Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Administration/Management or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

• Work experience is not required but background in Leasing is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand the goals and business processes of the shopping center industry, customer service, and clerical and administrative processes.


Work Location:

• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Head Office, Pasay.
